Andiswa Silinga is a co-owner of Gemini GIS and Environmental Services and a seasoned Professional GIS Practitioner with more than 20 years’ experience. She works a lot with mining, construction, energy, infrastructure businesses providing Geospatial solutions that add value to informed and accurate operational decisions using cutting edge technologies. Andiswa is not deterred by challenges but driven by them. She is a creative by heart always looking for new and best ways to solve problems and overcome challenges. She is thrilled by making a difference in young people’s lives and be able empower and unleash their potential in her own way.

Tankiso Phidza is the co-owner of Gemini GIS and Environmental Services (GGES), a Professional Natural Environmental Scientist (with SACNASP). Since the inception of her career in 1996, she conducted her work as an Environmental Assessment Practitioner with one goal to protect the environment. Upon taking the position at GGES, she ensured that the ‘Vision’ carried forward her passion for environmental protection with added enhancement of cutting edge technology to the services offered. She used her experience from Government and the State Owned Enterprise to shape the up-and–coming environmentalists to develop their careers.
She believes that the sky is no longer the limit; with determination and hard work she can achieve more!
